
By popular demand, we have added Group sessions designed exclusively for beginners. The Group Intro Series (Pilates 101) will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates, basic exercises and how to use the equipment in 2 - 3 weeks, in a series of six sessions. After completing Pilates 101, you may join our regular Group classes.
Pilates 101 includes the fundamentals of the method, breathing techniques, discovering your core, plus basic exercises and understanding of the Pilates reformer. We will continue with more instruction on enhancing your body-mind connection and progress into intermediate exercises on all of the apparatus. Pre-registration is required. A minimum of three participants is required to hold a Series.
We will help pair you with others as needed. Pilates 101 (six sessions) must be completed prior to joining our regular Group sessions. Times will be arranged depending on clients’ schedules, and will begin when we have three people.
