
We have many Pilates training options to fit your lifestyle, so please read the descriptions below to find out what will work best for you.
Private Training
When you demand the best, Private Training will deliver. This is one-on-one training includes lots of technical information, great education, and incredible instruction so you can look and feel your absolute best, and/or take care of your post-rehab injury.
Semi-private Training
This option is a great way to train with a friend, spouse, sibling, child, or even another person from the studio. Semi-private instruction allows you to book your schedule around your lifestyle and still get great personal attention at a reduced cost.
Group Sessions
If you are very active and like classes, this option is for you. However, you will be required to take a few Private Training sessions prior to joining a Group Class. Or you can take the Group Intro Series classes, if you know you will be successful in a group, as long a you don't have any injuries and you can catch on quickly.
